Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk719 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member"). tk719 operates an online gaming platform for Bangladeshi players, offering sports betting, casino games, slots, and various other gaming options.

These Terms are governed by Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and tk719 reserves the right to amend them at any time.

Acceptance of Terms

• Each individual may open a maximum of one account.
• If multiple family members operate separate accounts from the same IP address or device, account verification may be required.

Account Security

Account Verification (KYC)

Account Closure and Restrictions

• Account hacking or security threats.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering.

Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at tk719: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method).

• All deposits must be made from an account in your own name that has been verified.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• tk719 may place a hold on deposits while investigating suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Irregular or suspicious withdrawal requests may be delayed for review.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on tk719 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and the associated conversion fee must be borne by the user.

Welcome Bonus Terms

tk719 offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to claim this bonus:

• Minimum deposit of ৳200 to claim the bonus.
• A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

Bonus Abuse Policy

tk719 follows a strict policy on bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Using strategic betting patterns to fulfil bonus conditions in a way that reduces risk.
• Attempting to extract a bonus by placing opposing bets.

If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided and the account may be closed.

VIP Cashback Terms

tk719's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular play. Cashback is credited directly to the account and standard withdrawal rules apply.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk719 platform. Violators' accounts will be permanently closed and seized funds will not be returned:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to operate games.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software or games.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward platform staff.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Attempting to hack games or the system.
